Contribute FeedbackKana offers a contrasting dining experience that can be both delightful and frustrating. While many guests rave about the infectious energy, delicious food, and an excellent selection of cocktails, others report issues with cold temperatures, slow service, and excessively salty tapas. The ambiance transitions from a relaxed restaurant to a lively dance floor in the evenings, drawing mixed reviews. Despite some challenges, such as reservation hiccups and inconsistent service, the vibrant atmosphere and great music create an enjoyable experience for those celebrating special occasions. For a night of fun and good food, Kana can deliver, but come prepared for unpredictability.
We arrived for our reservation, only to observe that the restaurant was not yet open. We were told to come back minutes later. When we came back, we were the only people in the restaurant other than a number of people from the bar next door who wanted to use the bathroom. Considering the lack of people in the restaurant, it was surprising that we had to ask three times for the check. This was quite unfortunate considering how good the food was.
I celebrate my birthday, and it worked fantastically. The people were attentive to serve all the drink and food that we asked. At they clear the place, so we could dance.
A hidden gem for sure. Good and fast service, definitely not overcrowded as some other popular places. We ordered soup and tapas and it was very tasty, flavorful and authentic. Go for it!
The food was pretty bad, but maybe better if you are drunk.
A little noisy because they do Bachata dancing every other Tuesday (second and Definitely would want to go back for this. A lot of fun. Really cute. Great food. Great atmosphere.
