We got in for my friend's birthday. The ambience is really well curated and iconic. The drinks were fabulous and the service at the bar was great. Everyone was happy with their meals. The vegetarian mushroom dish was a little salty and not very exciting. Understandable since this is more of a meat centric restaurant. Definitely worth a try if you can get a coveted reservation. My husband said he enjoyed the duck fat chips the most though. The passion fruit souffle was okay.
Celebrated our anniversary here last night. Food was really good, good portions and really tasty. The staff were really friendly throughout. It's not a place for a quiet meal, especially in The Tavern where you're sat close to the bar but once we adjusted to the noise it have a great atmosphere. Would definitely visit again.
