Quick service and beautiful dim sums at a reasonable price point. Love the assortment platters. We ordered both the vegetarian as well as meat platters and both shone in their own ways. I?ve never had veggie dim sum this flavorful and well thought out. Each one had a beautifully layered flavor profile that isn?t boring or one dimensional. The staff was also kind in letting us have our reservation despite 2 ppl not showing up. We came on a Thursday night and the space was
The dumplings here were okay. Some were better than others but just okay is all I can come up with. In addition, we were randomly served tea although we had not ordered any. At first, I presume this must be complementary but lo and behold it was included on our check. Maybe on another day with a different server things are would be better however three stars is all I can muster.
I have tried a few dim sum places and so far this is my favourite. It gets busy quick (went on a Sunday around noon) tables are pretty close together compared to other places, however, I found the selection and taste overall the best. They have relatively quick service, a good selection of both meat and vegetarian options, and if you ask for vinegar, mustard, hot sauce etc they quickly bring it to you. Will definitely go back when I am craving dim sum again! Oh, and just a
Good Dim sum, the dipping sauces are different but pleasant. The vinegar sauce made everything tatse lighter and sweeter than with soy and chili oil. The portion sizes seemed a little small but when your from Texas everything seems a little smaller when you leave, lol.
A pleasant surprise. It was extremely busy but they managed. I enjoyed the dimsum very much today. Delicous authentic options. However, make sure you get everything you ordered. We had to adjust the bill since they charged us for 7 items we didn?t receive.
This restaurant in Chinatown offers a variety of delicious dim sum options, including siu mai, pork buns, and more. While some reviewers found the portions to be small for the price, others praised the authenticity of the dishes and the excellent service. Highlights include the mixed dumplings platter, ginger beef, and soup dumplings. The flavors are described as flavorful and well-thought-out. Despite some issues with quality control and missing items on the bill, the overall experience was positive and recommended for those looking for a traditional dim sum experience in New York City's Chinatown.

The food is awesome. Definitely a place you should program for your lunch or dinner! Sometimes the service seems chaotic, but they are on top of it!
One of the best Dimsum place in New York City, located in Chinatown area. They sells lot of various dimsum such as Siomay, Hakau, Cheo Cang Fun, Gao Zi, Pork/Chicken Bun, Spring Rolls, etc. Very good services, good portions, and also affordable price. I did my New Year's Eve dinner in here too on Dec 31st, 2023.
Visiting from Miami and stumbled across this spot. Food was delicious and service was great. The staff work together like a well oiled machine. We had a lot of help with how best to enjoy our dishes which I found to make for an even better experience. Thank you!
The first time i went, this place was great. I got the seafood meat dim sum platter and everything on it was amazing. I brought a group on my second visit and while some dishes were good, both the crab and shrimp dumplings were falling apart and were stuck to the parchment. A common trend I’ve noticed among dim sum restaurants in the US is quality control, and this place suffers from this issue. Regarding dim sum dishes, everything is good. roast pork dumplings are the perfect size: small and not too filling. turnip cake is flavorful, and everything off of the seafood meat menu is good as well, apart from when the more delicate dishes break apart. The sesame balls were cold and disappointing; don’t get those. Regarding non-dim sum dishes, the soup dumplings were surprisingly good. flavorful juice and the skin was not too thick, though it was stuck with the other dumplings and break. The fried rice wasn’t good. But obviously they don’t specialize in fried rice so it makes sense. When ordering, focus on the meat seafood dim sum menu or the vegetarian dim sum menu, and add items from the steamed and baked menus.
Great, fresh dumplings. Funny, friendly service. Cool efficient cantina vibe. The mixed dumplings platter was great, loved the soup dumplings. Highlight was the ginger beef with an order of chinese broccoli, but everything was ace.

We loved how easy it is to order thanks to the paper menus where you check the items you want in your next round. We found it convenient and also easy because honeslty, sometimes I want to be a bit adventurous, but I am not familiar with every item in a dimsum place... being able to take my time, read descriptions, look up pictures and then choose what I wanted to try for the next round was more fun than the traditional style of ordering everything verbally with a waiter at once. The dumplings came out fast, steamy and super delicious, my favorite were the rice wraps, the sauce was to die for,the texture so funky, I ordered seconds! Also got seconds of the sesame balls, omg... warm and sticky... i wanna go back for more!
Yall this place's atmosphere is bizzare, kinda like a dimsum place meant for those who have never had dimsum before. The food is fine on par with nearby dimsum restaurants but I really can't recommend for my Asian peeps, this place only had white customers. Shrimp rice rolls were fine. Turnip cake did not taste fresh.
Dim Sum Go Go has expanded into the East Village with roots from their original location in Manhattan Chinatown for over 20 years. This Michelin Bib dim sum parlor serves steaming hot made-to-order dumplings. Here in the East Village, it’s more of a casual and relaxing vibe much different than Chinatown. That same XO sauce is still made in-house along with a variety of handcrafted dim sums. For vegetarian folks, they have authentic vegetarian dim sums as well. Their delicious steamed roasted pork buns are perfectly sized and fluffiness. Springs rolls and turnip cake is not too oily and taste delicious.
5 star delicious dim sum and food 4 stars for slow missed service food Please hire at least 2 more staff members for your weekends A few tables including our table had missing orders, orders brought to our table that was not our order, or waiting for the attention of staff to order more items.......... 2 more staff members should fix this issue lol..... Also when the check comes.. its all written in chinese... so it's impossible to know if I was charged for something extra or something I did not receive. I ordered a dish that I realized after I left.. I never got. 1 star off for messy service
What a find (thanks Michelin)! Web site is very useful as it has a photo of every dish. When we were seated jasmine tea and iced water were waiting for us, which was a nice touch. First class Dim Sum, fresh and really tasty. We particularly enjoyed the seafood and meat and vegetable platters. Presentation and service were superb. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough

I'm not a dim sum expert by any means, and this is the only place in NY I've had dim sum, but I'm very happy with it.
I cam here with my family, and the food and experience was very average.
Unfortunately I can't recommend this place if you're looking for dim sumIt doesn't have the authentic feel.

Dim Sum Go Go is a fantastic place to go to if you’re planning to eat dim sum in Chinatown! Although the location is a bit farther than the usual dim sum parlors in central Chinatown. The food is quite good as always and our waiter was attentive, showing those who didn’t know how to use chopsticks use chopsticks. The pan fried pork dumplings were the most popular dish at our table. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $20–30 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
Why the helll dont u hace more phone lines then one abd no one answeres the phone
I usually never write any reviews, but this one is needed. Terrible service, tried to scam us. If you ordered a lot, you must check if they calculated the total cost right. They will try to scam you. DO NOT visit here. There are so many other better options nearby. Price per person: $20–30
