Was having hair done up the road so gave them a call. Spoke with Dale. Asked for j chicken rice and peas and salad, oxtail gravy. Dale asked is I wanted large, I said no, medium please. Wanted d&g cola champagne. They had none. Only tropical rhythms. So went with that.Asked Dale how much for j chik order he said he didn 't know, then immediately said maybe $12, no more than 12 for sure . I said ok..as medium would be enough to share with my little girl.Food was delivered. Came to 16 dollars. . I Knew the MEDIUM food was 12. Was not expecting a juice to be $4. My fault anyway for not asking for clarification. When I opened the bag, I was taken aback by the size of the medium . Looked very small to me for $12 AND it did not have a drop of oxtail gravy. But instead BBQ sauce which I do not like sweet sauces at all. Absolutely wasn 't enough to feed both of us.I received the electronic text receipt only to find out they actually sold me a small j chicken order for $11. $11?????? for small j chicken. I specifically ordered the MEDIUM for $12. Why send me something I didn 't order?? If Dale made a mistake in quoting the price he had my number to call and clarify and ASK ME how I would like to proceed. You dont just send me a small food for $11. Give me the option if that is what I want or not. I feel this was quite disingenuous and unprofessional. Just seemed real dodgy to me.Sad to say as a first time customer, this was my first impression.Not nice at all.
