I placed a DoorDash order but didn't receive what I had actually ordered. I tried calling the restaurant, but there was no answer. I left a voicemail, and I still haven't received a callback. I ended up spending $65 on food that was not what I wanted, which left several very upset children. I won’t be ordering from them again—terrible service.

I frequently experience issues with this restaurant. My orders are often wrong; for example, I ordered ice cream but received a coffee instead. They constantly claim they don't have any ice cream, which is surprising for a place that primarily focuses on selling ice cream. For some reason, they never seem to have it available.

I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location. The service was extremely slow, and my order was either prepared incorrectly or not made at all. It's disheartening to see that the staff here probably earns less than they deserve, considering the challenging customer base they deal with. I've never witnessed such a lack of respect for workers as I did in this particular Dunkin' line. The employees were often shouted at, ignored, and treated poorly by customers. It really makes me sad and somewhat hopeless about human interactions. The staff genuinely tries to do their best to keep things running smoothly and to help customers with their orders. It would be wonderful if people could just be kind—after all, it's just coffee.

The staff is very much disrespectful. I'm a woman who went to load with my 3 children in this....and just because I asked to see the different types of ice cream, the worker was rude and screamed (as I was a child) to come on the line. I'll make a few weeping, louder ton and everything. I asked to talk to a manager, and his partner identified himself as such. showed me the cake and then tried to bribe my children by giving them free munchkin donuts. disgusting and very disturbing that he felt the ok to speak on this wise with a female customer. but if you're an artist who would have brought her so close. then it's wrong. I will never threaten the inside here .felt and never get hurt for any reason.

Where do I start? Hmm the Indian/Pakistani people that run it don't even know there own products. On top of that, they have trouble hearing you and they are very ignorant. If you are ever in Manhattan and you go to this Dunkin, I suggest you don't go in. It's in violation of many health codes and it's unacceptable.
