16 Handles - New York

This place has really changed! Three years ago, I rated it 4 stars. However, during my last two visits, I found that at least a third of the machines were out of order, and the selections were mostly vegan and yogurt, with a few odd flavors thrown in. I used to enjoy coming here, but from now on, we'll be looking for other options.

I visit this place every week to show my support, but I'm disappointed to find that only about 50% of the machines are operational. Regardless of how late it is, I haven't seen all the machines up and running since before COVID. Most of what does work seems to be liquid, and the staff doesn't seem to care about customer service. The employees are often young and display poor attitudes. Additionally, the place is always dirty. Given how much it has declined since COVID, I had hoped things would improve, but sadly, they have not.

The yogurt was delicious, but there were fewer yogurt options and toppings compared to most frozen yogurt places, which made the experience less enjoyable overall.

There for frozen yogurt. overall was a good experience and the taste of the different aromas ok. I feel that they can have a greater variety of aromen in view of the size of the load.

Fanta it's pomegranate frozen yogurt. Never had it so good! 16 candles is a must to try.
