Subway - New Westminster

Washroom at this location always out of order. We were working here coming to eat here from last 2 months. They probably want to keep it clean no letting anyone use it

A little dissapointed with the new menu options. You took away the the classic meatball sandwich, with the new one if you don't like the cheese it comes with you can't change it. Need to have the options there for people with allergies, cant even remove the pepperoni if you find it too spicy.

This is by far the worst restaurent, dont no the name is the girl who work here, her customer service is so poor, she doesnot come with the idea that she works in food court, and always has something bad to say for customers

Worst experience. I ask for foot longer and they charge me for 6 inch x2I specifically told them that rate js more and you charge me for 6 inch twice. But she specifically told me no sir the rate is changed.After seeing the receipt it was mentioned clearly that she charge me for 6 inch twice… thats so disrespectful and dishonest

I did not get to order food as it is a simple principle to have a washroom facility for customers, I asked the lady if there was a key needed for the washroom and she says we just don't have the washroom available, I asked the reason she says just not available, even if I am a customer I ask, I will be ordering but someone else was in front of me so I thought I would use the washroom first, no explanation given she simply said it is not available for customers either, I understand lots of companies are struggling to find the extra helping hand, but having a SUBWAY where you can sit down and have a sub and not have facilities, this place should to shut down or get on board with getting more staff to help her there.I would like to point out that she was not rude at all, she simply seemed like she could really use a helping hand in there, so Subway owner if you see this review, your employee could use a helping hand in this location
