Subway - New Westminster

Ordered online the girl didn’t even start making it 2 mins after it said it will be ready. She wouldn’t give me a bag even tho I already paid and my food spilled in my car. Garbage service garbage food as usual. Not coming back to this

I came here and didn't notice the deal for a second sub for 2.99. After buying a sub with extra tuna drink and cookies, I sat down and ate. I then saw the sign. I asked the girl about it. She said she couldn't give me the deal. I told her she didn't ask me if I wanted it. And she said she didn't know that I didn't know. Well. I spend that kind of money, they can really up sell a couple things. Drinks. Cookies. Chips... and a second sandwich. Not impressed. And with that kind of attitude towards helping the customer, I wouldn't have tipped.

I entered the place…one person was making a sandwich and the other was on her phone…it would have taken 2 seconds to say hello or let me know they would be right with me but instead I stood there for 2 minutes and they waited until I was leaving to see if I needed anything!There is a Quiznos 2 minutes away, go there…at least they pretend you are important enough to acknowledge!

I come here a lot for lunch and the employees are also so kind and friendly

It's Subway, their business model is to provide food that's better than starving to death. And hey, they're doing a good job of that. The goal of online reviews isn't to rate the chain, it's to rate the specific location. And this this location serves food entirely on par with the quality expected from Subway.
