Cathy was making our drinks I asked her what she suggest for a hot and cold drink . She was super lovely gave me two drinks I could make . So sweet took pride in her job. Will be back at this location just for her. Thanks again View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Friendly staff, but the prices are steep, which isn't unique to this Starbucks. What’s specific, however, is that my cold brew has tasted burnt and caused digestive issues 4 out of the last 5 times I've ordered it. It seems like someone is cutting corners when we should be expecting quality for what we're paying. View all feedback.

The presence of flies on the menu board was not pleasant and left us questioning the overall cleanliness of the place. While this location usually has a good reputation, the sight of several flies buzzing around is unacceptable.
I had a terrible experience at this café. The coffee was dreadful—just dripping— and the barista seemed completely uninterested in serving me. Despite the café being relatively empty, she couldn’t be bothered to help me at the pickup area. I’m a former barista myself and noticed she had enough time to greet the customer behind me, but my drinks were left unattended on the counter. The woman who came in after me received her order before I even heard anything— I waited in silence for about three minutes. Frustrated, I finally reached over the counter, grabbed my drinks, and left. This kind of service is unacceptable. I recommend finding another place or, if possible, trying a different coffee chain altogether. The barista acted as if I didn’t exist, almost like she was the manager.
Pretty much everyone else visiting my experience was very bad. idk, how they can get wrong order even if they order on app. After they have pointed out that they have re-entered the wrong order.
Queensborough landing location sucks! I ordered online through the starbucks app and went to pick up my order. They made my order wrong and didnt even apologize, just simply took it back and didnt say a word. Should have been a grab and go but took way longer.
