We enjoyed a nice, quiet lunch as a team. Probably the time of the day (the 12 to 1 lunchbreak) made a difference, as there were only 2-3 other tables with people around. The food and service were really good. Recommended for similar occasions.
Have been to this location loads of times and didn’t have any issues until last night. I feel like the waitress we had did not really want to serve us and was annoyed when we were not ready when she needed us to be. She was not friendly or approachable. I’ve never had a server with such attitude before. I don’t get the manager as well. She didn’t seem friendly and approachable either. I’m hoping the staff the company gets knows what they are getting themselves into when working customer service. I work customer service and talking to clients is a huge part of the job.

I said we also stopped, but he said we can't give them these tables. So we had to act and look for our own table without his help and fortunately a group went, we have a table we like. I gave 4 stars only for the service, because reception-related lack of customer service. we are regular customers and this is the first bad experience we had at the reception. but our server, lisa was good and friendly. no problems with eating.
The server was really nice, I can't remember their names, but it was courteous and they offered the best service.
Treated with royalty, nye place was shocking. general manager, food and beverage manager and assistant casino manager have stopped and told us a happy new year! great time, eating was excellent culinary went over and beyond. check the cook on tables. applaus! to see again! starlight match new west, place to go and visit!
