Pets are welcome at this restaurant! The service is family-friendly and the food is excellent. The portion sizes are generous, with the mac and cheese feeling like it could feed three people. The atmosphere is urban and inviting, making it a great spot to hang out, especially if you're looking for some Skytrain-accessible dining options. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hub:
The dining experience was subpar, and I was disappointed with the customer service. The servers were inattentive and unfriendly. I had to ask twice for my order to be taken, but it seemed like the server didn't care about our table at all. I was so dissatisfied with the service that I debated how much of a tip would be appropriate. To make matters worse, one of the servers added a tip without my approval and overchar... I would like to start saying that the service was good, our waitress was attentive and nice. the beer was also delicious. the reason why my rating is 2/5 is based on the following: I paid $20 for chicken and waffeln. two little less than palm waffels and a very thin little piece huh. on a plate with a plastic cup thick engraving and a tiny metal cup maple syrup. not only was it a really inconspicuous looking beige meal, it was less food, then I would get to eat quickly. the other meal we ordered was the nabenburger, who was delicious, but christus – $21.95 plus $2.50 for a caesar salad. the salat was tiny and super saucy that the salat was limp. between my partner and me we had 3 beers. after the tip I paid over $100 for 3 beer and two small meals. we are hungry for. I was too embarrassed to say something because my friends were there, but I was pretty upset. they have this huge plate of mac and cheese that they have shared between them. how can the grinding times not be the same with respect to one another in portions? but yes, that huh and the waffles were a scandal. Except for perhaps beer and only beer, we will not be back. the nabe was good earlier. but now the prices and food quality is the damn dug
Much better than when I first tried it years ago. Prices are on the higher side but no longer seem like they're gouging you. They've got pitchers of cocktails! Who doesn't like that?
Do you remember,,, years ago we use to go to the neighborhood bar and just had a good time sharing laughs and eating good food and enjoying the genuinity and professionalism of the staff. You know?? The real deal. The one who cared and had passion about what they're doing. Well!!! Right here people. Jessica will make you feel welcome and wanted and important. She is just real man. I wish there was more Jessica's in the industry. A person that appreciate what she does.
Had an excellent time here late night having some drinks and appetizers. Came in on a Saturday night with Comedian Ben Gleib and his entourage. Management was delightful!
Great happy hour beverage prices all day! Their Wednesday Wine can't beat it at less than $15/750 ml. Plus love their Yankee Burger. Sabrina and staff know my Name, where I like to sit and choice of beverage! Covid regulations are implemented! Lots of Regulars, treated like Family. Summer has the patio/balcony, great view of River! Directly off New Westminister Eastbound Skytrain exit. Couldn't be easier! Support our Local business!
