Burger King - New Westminster

It's nice to get some american food in Canada. I found them to be fast and friendly and the order were accurate.

I frequent this Burger King several times a year when I'm craving a Whopper. I always use the drive through at night. The service is usually slow and as one person commented in a previous review, the staff don't seem too interested in being there. They could be more friendly, happy and cheerful. It doesn't cost anything!The food is always hot. My orders are mostly fulfilled correctly. I think they over-microwave the burgers (or parts), so they lose a bit of freshness, but they are still tasty and typical of BK.

Regular Burger King food, but poor customer service. Staff don't seem too interested in being there and sometimes it takes a while.

Access from entering into shopping which is both busy and tight parking. Also have to get into mall parking to enter Drive-Thru lane Location access probably biggest problem for us.Premises and washrooms were clean. Ample seating inside.Staff service was average. There was a 10+ person line up for inside service. Food was delivered bot correct and hot and value and quality were as expected.

I have tried them several times hoping they had a bad night or whatever but the consistence of the bad food remained. It's a pitty, BK has some good food like those addictive mozzarella sticks and when their burgers are made right and not nuked, they are pretty good.Not this place though. Staff acts like they care either.
