Applebee's Grill - New Ulm

Only one waitress working and the place was busy. She did a fantastic job. I wish I could remember her name ! Food was excellent. Everything was as we ordered and served in a timely manner ! I will definitely be back !

I went there with my mom, grandma and girlfriend and we ordered our food as normal and then proceed to sit there for 40+ minutes and the server comes back and says “yeah I forgot to put in your order so it’ll be a few minutes yet” we waited probably 20 minutes and got our food I got boneless wings and they were good at first until I cut one open and was pink on the inside also I never got my drink refilled within the 2 hours of being there and the store was not busy and for getting all you can eat boneless wings I got my second play right before we left all we got was a little sorry from the manager

Went to have appetizers, drinks and watch the Vikings football game. The staff told us the GM will not allow them to turn on the sound on their TVs in a sports themed bar. I talked to the assistant manager to see it we could quietly listen to the game. She said the GM wouldn't allow the sound on but she would ask for us. NO NO NO Merry Christmas was the answer. GM never came out of his office to talk with us. Guess I found Adolf in this quaint german community. We left and went to Green Mill across the street. Vikings lost but we where allowed to enjoy the game with the sound on.

I’d like to start off on a positive note and say the food was great, the service, not so much. That being said, My wife, son, and i ate our entire meal with 4 empty drinks and two appetizer plates at the edge of our table(yes table, not booth so space was already limited). As we watched not only our server, but multiple other employees who also worked our section seemingly turn a check as they passed by our mound of dirty dishes. It wasn’t overcrowded nor had we said or done anything to result in such service, these young workers just didn’t seem to want to pick up the pile as it would be more than two handfulls!
