The spread was impressive and you can definitely fill up without spending much. While there were some delicious finds among the options, once one dish ran out, it was usually replaced by something completely different. This provides a lot of variety in your dining experience, although if popular dishes disappear, they are often replaced by similar choices. The dishes we tried in the first 30 minutes were different from those we tried later on. The overall culinary experience was straightforward and satisfying, especially considering the affordable prices. However, aside from the eating experience, there isn't much to keep you lingering at the restaurant. One negative aspect of our visit was witnessing the staff throwing away all remaining buffet items at the end of service, which seemed wasteful. Despite this, Ahimsa is a good option for those on a budget and is worth trying.
