Despite its small size with only two tables and one-way utensils and chopsticks, this hidden gem offers a simple menu with a variety of delicious dishes. I tried the Ten-Grain Porridge, which included a mix of brown rice, purple rice, taro, job's tears, chickpeas, and mung beans. The staff gave me the option of adding Chinese celery or garlic chives, and I chose the celery. I also enjoyed the black fungus and tofu skin dish with a cilantro garnish. This restaurant is a great spot for affordable Taiwanese comfort food. I recommend bringing your own utensils and letting the staff know about any dietary preferences when ordering. The sides come in prepackaged plastic containers, but at least they don't give you disposable utensils. Overall, a fantastic dining experience worth trying.

The ingredients are fresh and of high quality, making it a great value for money. The service is also good.

I recommend bringing your own dishware and utensils and requesting that your entree be placed in your own container at the time of ordering. The sides are pre-packaged in plastic boxes, but you can request to not receive a plastic spoon and wooden skewers.
