Went as a party of 6 and was seated immediately. Server was very polite and attentive. Food was delicious with large portions at very affordable prices. Bread and biscuits were very good. I ordered the chicken fried chicken with a side of mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, and fried orca. All was very good. No complaints was a perfect experience.

Their French toast is really good, they've never done my eggs wrong, and the bacon is great if you like it crunchy and crispy. My bf got the dumplings with a side of grits, both of which I tried. The dumplings were delicious, but I thought the grits were a bit watery. The waitress we had was also very nice and patient with the little kids, and our food came out quickly considering how busy the place was.

Th... read more Half the fun of Cracker Barrel is the general store you have to navigate through to get to dinner. I got some fun little presents for my brother and nephews. They aren't local, so sending them silly little presents is a way to stay connected. The restaurant itself was clean, the staff was welcoming, and out waitress was very good. It was a busy Saturday evening, but we didn't have to wait long, our food was hot and tasty, and it was a fun time. We were not rushed, and the general atmosphere was relaxed even though it was busy. I would definitely go back to this location.

When I asked the cashier for butter, jelly, extra napkins, and so on, she assured me that those items were included in our bag. I explained that we were staying in a hotel without a kitchen, so it was essential to have everything we needed. She did provide us with what she called an “extra” pack of utensils. However, upon reaching our hotel, I discovered that the extra utensils were actually not extra at all; we had received nothing additional. Overall, it was just disappointing to have such a negative experience.

My hamburger patty was burnt, but the waitress promptly brought out a replacement. The chicken strips were chewy and rubbery, and my pork chops, which were the daily special, were also tough and unappetizing. On a positive note, the soup was delicious, and I enjoyed the $3.19 glass of Coca-Cola. However, we don’t plan to return to Cracker Barrel in the future. On the bright side, the manager kindly waived the charge for the pork chop meal, and our waitress provided excellent service.

The food was decent for the price, and the service was excellent. However, the steak I ordered was overcooked; it was supposed to be medium but had no pink at all.

I was pleasantly surprised that we only had to wait 15 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, and we used that time to play checkers outside while relaxing in their comfortable rocking chairs.
