This should be a cozy place to gather and drink wine. The live music is so loud you have to scream to have a conversation. The room is small, there is no need to have the amplifier turned on at such a high level. The service was also so slow that I decided to try and get a bottle of wine at the bar. Found Chalice through a friend. Delightful spot for wine and tapas. The caprese style tapa with olives was delicious as was the olives and chorizo. But fun,was Julia Childs chicken salad! Had a bottle of Rioja to wash all down . A nice surprise was the live music. Had an amazing saxophone player which just added to the relaxing atmosphere. Throughly enjoyed our evening.
Classy a terrific place to enjoy music and vino. The owner and staff are absolutely wonderful and so hospitable. Impossible to find in a tourist town.
Excellent wine bar! Nice people, well run. They had a lounge singer who is incredible. If they had a place for a baby grand piano it would have reminded my of some places in my distant past. Hats off to the owner!
Great beer and wine bar in NSB with Tapas, fantastic atmosphere and the live music is relaxing… The staff is 5 stars all the way it’s a wonderful place to take a date just saying.
