It may be a good idea for the restaurant to reduce their menu offerings and focus on sourcing high-quality ingredients to elevate their dishes. Cooking from scratch could also improve the overall dining experience. The Taste of Italy section on the menu seems out of place, with pre-made meatballs that are not house-made.

My wife and I were excited to find a local ?hole in the wall? place after moving here a few months ago. Boy was this a disappointment! The fried chicken was subpar at best and tasted like the grease was old, ? and then there were the sides? the mashed potatoes and gravy looked like something you?d find in a cow pasture and tasted absolutely horrible. They were something you?d expect to find at an old folks home. My wife said she couldn?t believe I put them in my mouth after the way they smelled. The roll was as dry as a dog biscuit. We took one bite of everything and threw it all in the garbage. Utter disappointment. The one upside was the sweet waitress we had? bless her heart, outside waiting on people in this heat.
We love Papa?s. Very basic drive style diner with an extensive menu of comfort food. This is not a gourmet type place so set your expectations accordingly. I love the cheeseburgers and wife likes the Reuben. Fries are always fresh and hot. Service is friendly and fast. They close early on Monday so plan ahead.
Great food great service good prices! I like The Choice of dining in or sitting in my car that's cool, takes me back. This time we dined in. It is a small town atmosphere which I also liked.
This is such a throwback restaurant it has a great atmosphere. You can eat inside or pull up curbside and eat there under there roof like you would in the mid to late 19 hundreds. You pull up and wait a couple of mins then a waitress comes and takes your order, then puts it in and in about 5 to 10 you have your food. I love the nostalgia and they are very quick. The only downside is there famous burgers what they are know for are very thin and not much seasoning. In my opinion they don't have a good burger to bun/topping ratio if they could make them a little thicker they would be perfect. Thats all I have tried they few times I have been so I can't inform on the rest of the menu. But for the burger the flavor is good and cooked properly and the toppings are fresh so overall a good experience they few times I've been.
I ordered breakfast for takeout this morning and the food was good as always, but I noticed that the portions have gotten smaller and the prices have increased. I was very disappointed. It seems like Chris Pappas is cutting corners. They need to address this issue so that the reputation of this great restaurant is not tarnished.
