Fantastic meal. Caveat: not a foodie, but eat at the top end of Toronto. Here, I just want to have a great time.Birthday dinner with my mom, 9 of us including 4 grandkids.Waiter was awesome — looks like an arm wrestler, mentioned he’s working on an aerospace engineering degree. What gina ernest doesn't like about Bistro 424:
When we first went here, over a year ago, the food was very good as was service. It seems to me that quality of food has not been up to par the past few times so we stopped going. Meatballs seemed frozen, as they were hard and rubbery, on 2 occasions. Grizzle in them also. Not what it use to be. Disappointed!Food: 3/5 View all feedback.
The first time here and it was great! The pizza filled my desire and the Mac and cheese bites I would come by for every day!
My friends live in Port Orange so they like to come here. I had taken away from here, but I never put myself for a meal. I loved my experience and I was happy with my choice for lunch. I had the ravioli with mushrooms and truffles. This was my first time with legit truffles and they were amazing. I loved my Caesar salad. The only thing I was upset about was that I ordered the pumpkin beer and was not asked if I wanted a cinnamon sugar rim. Except we loved our meal.
That's the second time we ordered from here. We decided to try it because we are within walking distance. The first time we tried, they screwed up our order and gave us a gift card for inconvenience. The food is not terrible, but I probably wouldn't have ordered it again if we didn't have the gift card. I enjoy the Ahi Nachos. We don't eat milk, but my boys said the pizza was good. Tonight we placed our second order with the gift card for some of them. We asked for no cheese on our frits, and it came with cheese and they didn't give us our nachos. This time they did not offer a gift card or something, not that I would have taken it. They apologized and said they would send the food. It is extremely frustrating to order from somewhere twice, and both times have messed up the order. This place seems to have great reviews, so maybe eating at the actual place is better than going. Unfortunately, we didn't try it again. That was almost $90, with almost $60 out of the bag.* said we finally got our Fritten and Ahi Nachos. I loved Ahi Nachos for the first time, this time it wasn't good. I don't know if the fish wasn't fresh or what. I love salt, but the truffles were extremely salty and we couldn't eat them.
Hi, this is my first time after Bistro 424. I had the Ahi Tuna Taco. Not to know what I expected was enthusiastic about the description! If you've ever had Seviche, you'll like it! I had only a unique taste and the flatbread with which it was served, and what should be on it was also beautifully seasoned! Look at this, try something, I like to try appetizers, and that was quite a lot.
The garlic knots were fresh and hot out of the oven. The dough was light and practically melted in my mouth. Not a lot of vegetarian options but you can take the meat out of some pastas. I would definitely go again. Waitress was really nice. Wish I had her name so she'd be recognized.
