Starbucks - New Rochelle

Best Starbucks I have ever been to. Didn't think it was possible to *not wait over 20 minutes for java at at SB. Luckily this spot is local, has plenty of space and great staffing that is prompt with orders. Appreciated

The personalities are awesome. They all work hard. They are nice. From time to time the order may get messed up like the person didn't pay attn to the no whip cream but they always fix it. Oh and they give great suggestions

I just ordered a large coffee light and sweet. I was over charged (not a lot but when I pointed it out I was told I ordered it with milk and sugar? regardless it shouldn't happen! I received my coffee black! I asked for milk and sugar and got sideways looks from the 4 people standing behind the counter. I've been a Starbucks customer for the last 15 years! That's a wrap! I'll go to Dunkin Donuts!

This location has great employees. Super friendly and efficient. I'm usually in and out. It's clean too. Lately I've avoided other locations because they look filthy. Parking is in the adjacent garage.

Worst service I 've ever encountered! They forgot about my order and then turned around and didn 't even make my correct order...then had the audacity to say it 's a free coffee! Yeah 12$ for 2 coffees is free
