The only reason I’m giving this location a 5-star rating is because of their employee, Christian. His customer service was exceptional—pleasant, professional, patient, and attentive. He handled our tricky order, which included several changes, flawlessly. We even mistook him for a manager, so he might be someone you want to consider for that role. He pays attention and engages in great conversation. I truly value goo... View all feedback.
What Daniella E doesn't like about Dunkin':
I just visited the restaurant, but the doors were locked and the staff member was mopping the floors. They closed early, which is unacceptable. They shouldn't post operating hours that they can't adhere to, as it inconveniences customers. I hope the corporate office is aware of this situation, and if this was permitted, they should have notified customers in advance. Thank you. View all feedback.
Worst Dunk?n I?ve ever been to. Please retrain the staff on how to properly make coffee. It?s become worse over time. There are hardly any donuts. It takes the 3pm guy forever to prepare 1 simple cup of coffee. The last cup didn?t even taste like coffee.Absolutely horrible. I?m not going back unless I hear from someone else that you fixed the problem. You have a great locationand could be making a great profit. What a waste.
I just used the restroom while waiting for my coffee, and it was quite unpleasant. There was no toilet paper, and to make matters worse, there was also no hand soap to wash my hands. I mentioned this to the woman behind the counter, and her response was, "Yeah, I know." I pointed out that this means none of the employees who handle our food are washing their hands with soap, which is really disgusting. Her reply was still, "Yeah, I know." Given the current concerns with COVID and hygiene, I can't believe they think this is acceptable. I will never return to this Dunkin' Donuts; it's gross.
As I was reaching for a bag that I believed to be mine, both employees suddenly started yelling from a distance, asking for my name. This seemed confusing since they had just instructed me to retrieve my order. I asked why they needed my name just because I was reaching for the largest bag. One of the staff, a dark-skinned Asian woman, responded that she needed to confirm I wasn’t with Uber Eats. The whole interaction felt like racial profiling, and it was baffling. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and would never return to this restaurant. By the way, I did manage to pick the right bag after all.

Hours said open until 6pm. We got there at 4:56pm and they were locking the door. No sign or communication as to why. Very disappointing.
