What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
The service at this restaurant was extremely slow, taking 10 minutes just to place an order and resulting in a mix-up with the food. Despite never receiving our order, it took 20 minutes to get a refund, which we were told would be returned to us in cash but instead was credited back onto our card without our consent.
