I love love love everything they have in the hot box (in marksville la), but I will never stop in new roads again. I was coming home from Florida and I just so happen to see their store in new roads so I stopped. The crackling’s were hard an over cooked and everything else I got was nasty. We ordered 1.5 lbs of their crackling they were too salty to eat and over cooked hard wife went back in and they refused to refund the money they gave us a gift card even after we told them that we live across the river and don't go over there that often don't think we will be back View all feedback.
This was the best boudin we had while we were in the area. I had to pack a cooler full to bring back to Missouri!

Boudin and hog crackling are excellent. Very friendly staff.
