Subway - New Richmond

EDIT BELOW 3 STAR TO 1. Don't order online for pick up! It seems to be where they dump their old hard bread. To customers whom drive all the way home before they're disappointed. Every time I go inside my bread is great. Order online terrible. EDIT!!!!! I posted this top review after eating., and now this morning myself, my lady, and hour 9 year old are sick. Pick the subway at Walmart if you have to have it.

The young working was the kindest girl ever. She had a smile on her face the entire time she was helping me. The world needs more people like her. This was 3/29/24 around 845pm. Thank for the great service!!

I came here at 345 Feb 19 with a person who had never been to a subway before. They absolutely blew us away with their service and food. They even had provolone!! We will be back!

Let’s start with the building. Trash overflowing. Paper straws and moldy wet chips in fountain pop sink. Old food all over the floor on the back and god knows what I saw on the walls? The staff? Super slow to greet or start making the food it’s like they avoid you till the other one decides to take your order. Super slow making the food. I saw one worker touch the meat slicer with his gloves then grab my food . Staff had dandruff in hair and other with long hair not wearing a hair net. The bread ? Extremely hard has to be atleast 3 days old. If you see this and you work there you don’t have to work there guys like you’d be Kwik trip and chick filas worst nightmare for a staff member. I’ve been here 3 times and all the same experiences. I tried and definitely not coming back. City of NR should close it down. If you want a sandwich go up the road to Jimmy John’s .
