Caribou Coffee - New Richmond

The staff is very courteous and prompt. The drive-thru line moves swiftly.

This Caribou has one of the most charming outdoor seating areas I've ever visited. Although I didn’t notice any indoor seating, the patio was very inviting. The food was delicious, and my friend and I ended up sitting for hours, chatting about business and life. I should also mention the cute pup cup they offered for my lovely Olivia, which she absolutely loved! Thank you for the warm smiles at the window!

I found the staff to be unhelpful and dishonest. I've had my requests accommodated at other Caribou locations, but here they acted as if it wasn’t possible. When I asked if my friend and my brother’s girlfriend were working, they refused to tell me, despite it being a small space. I was just trying to say hello to someone I know personally; it shouldn't be a problem. Overall, I found the service to be unfriendly and truly disappointing.

The service here was incredibly unhelpful and misleading. I inquired about other Caribbean restaurants, and they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. When I tried to greet a friend and my brothers who were present, they told me they couldn't confirm if they were there or if they were working, even though the place is quite small. I was merely trying to connect with someone I know personally. The overall atmosphere was unfriendly, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and the service was honestly terrible.

The customer service leaves much to be desired. I wasn't allowed to use my perks account because they claimed that "two different perks accounts can't be used on two separate orders." However, I've had no issues with this at other Caribou locations. The coffee is enjoyable, but they really need to improve their customer service and become more familiar with their system.
