I hate having to do this but the last 6-7 times I have been here, the service was nice, but extremely slow, complicated when it didn't have to be, sandwiches wouldn't even close, contents spilling out, difficult to eat. It doesn't seem like anyone has anytraining or has even made a sandwich before. Two years ago it was phenomenal. Now I get so disappointed and frustrated I don'tthink I can bring myself to come back.
I had a great experience at this restaurant until this evening. I was served by a woman named Rileigh. First of all, when she was preparing my sandwich, she just squished the turkey into a ball on the bread, never asked if I wanted it toasted, and overall seemed quite grumpy and unfriendly.
