The ice cream was delicious, although the restaurant was very busy. The servers were able to assist us efficiently. The young man at the window seemed a bit sarcastic, but he still performed his job adequately.

I have been a customer of the Dairy Queen in New Prague, Minnesota for over 5 years. I feel compelled to leave a review regarding the high prices and low quality of the products. I can only give it a 1-star rating because the review site does not allow for a zero rating. The staff at this Dairy Queen seem to be poorly trained, especially when it comes to making blizzards. The blizzards are often not mixed well and I have had to return them to be stirred properly. It is disappointing that they cannot make treats up to Dairy Queen standards. The final straw for me was when they raised their prices by about 35%, which is much higher than other Dairy Queens in the Twin Cities. On top of that, they are now charging $2 for a pup cup, which is essentially two tablespoons of soft serve. I have been a loyal customer of Dairy Queen for over 5 decades, from Minnesota to Texas, and I have never experienced such a combination of high prices and poor quality. I will not be returning to the New Prague location. Bob

The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The food is consistently delicious and served hot. Rarely do we encounter missing or incorrect items with our order.

When I got home, I discovered that most of our order was missing.
