Sent to support local business Saturday. positiw was eating very well. bad planning through management. only 3 people work. the waitress was very busy, told me that they were short when someone didn't let busy go home, that was around 1230, lunch rush.? vacation weekends where the planning is, people from the city. another strange thing is popcorn machine, but not filling at the weekend, how much it costs, my young son was totally cheated. I was already in the classic and I am hopeful owners can on great image and customer service is huge. look at their plan, I am hopeful classic can hang there and offer good food with good customer service.

I've been a regular at this restaurant, but ever since the new chefs and wait staff took over, the experience has gone downhill. On Mother's Day, which wasn’t even busy, my waitress completely forgot my beer order, so I had to go to the bar myself to get it. I ordered fettuccine while the rest of my group had burgers, and we waited a frustrating 45 minutes for our food. When my dish finally arrived, it was served in a large bowl, but there was only a tiny portion of fettuccine. In the past, I used to have enough to take home for lunch and dinner the next day because I can’t eat much. This time, however, I finished everything. The owners really need to step up their game; it would be a shame to see this place close down. I've noticed that the Fishtale Restaurant is doing much better lately.

We ordered a beer and decided to go with just one pizza for the night. When I went to place the pizza order, the waitress mentioned she needed to check if the kitchen could take orders. She returned to our table and said we could go ahead and order a pizza, but she seemed hesitant. I was confused about why they couldn't keep the grill open with so many people in the bar, and her explanation suggested that most patrons weren't eating anyway. No big deal, we finished our beer and decided it was time to leave without spending more money. I know too many people there to stop going, but I was very disappointed by this experience. The bar usually has the best vibe, and I hope they don’t lose sight of what makes a great bar and grill!
