It's very busy in the morning but the line moves very quickly in the Drive-Thru if you want to get served faster walk. In the afternoon you usually don't have a wait . Not only do they sell freshly brewed coffee they also sell ground coffee's that you can buy and take with you. Got an XL caramel high rise and it is just flavored milk. Very disappointing! I love caribou but I don't feel like paying $8.01 for flavored milk is ridiculous!! Guess I will just have to go to Jordan or mankato for caribou. Never been disappointed by those store. The staff at the New Prague caribou cannot handle a lot of orders or people at once... way to light for a iced caramel high rise Very disappointed!! View all feedback.

The quality of drinks at this location is at the level expected at a Caribou, but unfortunately wait times are consistently long.
Coming back to edit this. Since apparently only negative reviews are from over a year ago. I've never had a pleasant experience at thus location. Time and time again. Angry/unhappy employees. Not timely (coming from another Bou employee at a different drive-thru location). just overall a dissatisfaction.Why the f y'all so angry. Jesus, at least act like you want the job you applied for.
