Pizza Hut - New Port Richey

I strongly advise against ordering from Pizza Hut in New Port Richey. I placed an online order and received a text confirming that it was out for delivery, but I didn't receive my pizza until an hour later. The delivery driver seemed indifferent, and when the pizza finally arrived, it was cold. I will definitely refrain from ordering from them again, and if I could take back the tip I gave to the driver, I certainly would.

The New port richey Florida location on state road 54 has to be the worst pizza hut in the United States!!!! Terrible service everytime there's a issue they act like it's your fault an your bothering them for being on their phones. Every time we get delivery half the food doesn't show up an when it does its cold n hard as a brick. Hard to find good help we all know I would clean house and keep trying that's not the team I would want representing my company! If I could give 0 stars for service I would.

This restaurant is seriously understaffed. I waited at the drive-thru window for several minutes without being acknowledged. Save yourself the frustration; this location has really declined over the past year.

The customer service here is excellent, both over the phone and at the pickup window. This location has a drive-thru where you can order ahead by phone or online, but it's the outstanding customer service that will keep you coming back!

Wish I would have read the reviews before placing our order. Hubby wanted to try a different pizza place than the other two big brand places we usually order from. It had been quite awhile since we had Pizza Hut so we decided to give them another chance. Never again! We ordered the big box deal; two pizzas, wings, and bread sticks. I got a text saying it would be delivered in twenty five minutes. Forty minutes later I got a text saying my order was canceled. I called them. The lady on the phone kept apologizing saying she didn't know and needed to ask someone and kept putting me on hold. She finally came back on and said that my order was not canceled and was on the way. When we finally got it another twenty minutes later (mind you we live five minutes from their store) the entire order was terrible! Everything was cold. The pizzas were doughy, the six scrawny wings were soggy, the breadsticks limp. There are three adults in my home; hubby, my mom, and myself. We can usually finish off at least one pizza. Not this time. We each ate (or rather took a bite of) one slice and the rest of the entire big box was thrown out. Our dogs wouldn't even eat any of it. An expensive $45.00 terrible waste of food. Won't order from there again.
