This restaurant has been inconsistent with their hours of operation, making it difficult to reach them by phone. I have often felt like they were out of business due to their sporadic openings. Each time they reopened with new hours, I would visit with low expectations. Unfortunately, my experiences have always been disappointing. I have attempted to place large orders, only to be turned away. I hope they can improve their customer service and reliability in the future.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. They offer delicious food and also provide catering services for parties and events. I would definitely recommend it.

I arrived at the restaurant at 12 o'clock, even though their advertised hours indicate they are open until 3 o'clock. However, the door was closed and I could not see inside. There was no indication that the restaurant was closed, such as a sign or marked hours on the door, making it seem like they may have gone out of business.

So damn good. only they wish they had opened the week for more than three days. I can only rarely get it as a result.

I really needed to visit the Penguin pretzel factory here today as I had attempted to on 4 other occasions only to find them closed for one reason or another.. on my visit today I got to witness a special order for Mother's Day being created and delivered to the customer. I arrived at the correct moment to witness this .and hear about the way things are made, created, customized and the variety of offerings available for these special orders.I am most definitely a nacho cheese kind of guy and I am also most definitely a honey mustard kind of guy I however have chosen the Dipping sauce called cucumber dill as my favourite pretzel dip here today and totally encourage anyone questioning whether or not it's good to go ahead and try it.
