Panera Bread - New Port Richey

We loved the citrus chicken salad, Thai coconut soup, green goddess cobb salad, and chicken fontega sandwich at this restaurant. Everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful! We also grabbed some short cookies and ice cream to-go. I highly recommend Trinity for a delicious meal.

The food at this restaurant is always delicious, but they have once again forgotten to include chicken in my salad. This has happened not just once, but multiple times. Every time I order delivery, there seems to be a problem with my order being incorrect. I have had to argue with Panera to fix these mistakes. They even told me that it is my responsibility to contact DoorDash to have my order redelivered, even though the mistake was not on their end. This will be the last time I order from Panera.

The restaurant lacks cleanliness as we had to clean our own table and seats. It was crowded with college students but there was not enough seating available to enjoy our meal. The variety of dishes from different countries was interesting, but the food preparation was slow. Considering the ongoing COVID-19 situation, it would be better if all food were served in to-go containers for those planning to dine in. The food itself was good, but the prices were on the higher side.

Absolutely not order delivery from here. the driver has been sitting in the restaurant for 20 minutes and waiting for the completion of other patrons while my order is completed. that is the second chance I gave with the same result. a sandwich soup. over an hour because they command several to stack on a driver. if I had known that there were a lot of orders before my delivery, I would have just picked it up. suppe is cold and so is my hot pressed"sandwich

My husband and I placed an order to go. We asked for 2 French Onion Soup Bread Bowls .They were out of bread bowls, half a chicken Caesar salad and a half sandwich. The soups did not have any cheese or very very little. Also no croutons. Soup was bland. Salad had wilted brown pieces of lettuce. What a total disappointment! Will never eat there again nor recommend it. We could have eaten at McDonald's and been more satisfied for the money we spent.
