I went through the drive-thru and encountered rude service from the female staff. They seemed to not care much about the customer. When I got home, I discovered a hair in my drink. I immediately called the store to inform them, and the gentleman who answered was friendly and concerned. He offered several solutions, and I chose a refund. To the older woman who is working there today 11/27/22 at 12pm with dark hair and glasses..I know you guys get SUPER busy but you shouldn't come out the back door for a smoke break looking soo ANGRY and stare straight at customers in their cars sittingin the drive through and just shake your head at them..you shook your head at me the whole way until you sat down to puffaway...I think it's very rude, especially when we appreciate all you guys do...Hope your day gets better..(the inside worker'swere very nice when I received my order)
Friendly, fast service but the bagel is stale! I ALWAYS choose Dunkin? for bagels first. I?ve only visited this location once or twice but? the everything bagel hardly had anything on top?won?t go there again.???? the manager was REALLY friendly and upbeat.Sorry mr manager.
Two grilled pesto cheese sandwiches. Both not cooked fully. Three people looked at me at the register and ran back quick. No one wanted to take an order or do their job.
Let's see I ordered bacon egg and cheese as shown on the receipt which whatever it is what it is but then they wanna be shady and ADD a charity charge without even asking me. I have no problem donating to things but ask don't just do it!! I won't begoing back to this location. I wonder how many other times this has happen. I normally don't take the receipt but todaysomething just told me to.
Fast service (Sunday evening) order was correct no complaints about the staff. The building however is very tight turning and have to cut the corner sharply for the drive thru and I almost didn't make it. Parking seems very tight too and I didn't want tostay.
