Dunkin' - New Port Richey

Ordered a toasted sandwich. The bread was not toasted but everything else was warm. Make it make sense. Not to mention when I picked up my order, the employees were yelling curse words. Like, hello? Do you not care if customers hear? Act how you act when customers aren't present, but it's still a place of business....

The ingredients this chain uses are horrendous. Do your bodies a favor and go for Starbucks food. Even if you're against it, do it for your own health.

What a fraud Dunkin is. I asked for a dozen donuts divided into 2 boxes. They converted that into 2 orders and charged double instead of just for dozen. Can I file a legal claim against this fraud? It’s not amount, it’s the fraud a company can do and get by.

We have been going to this Dunkin daily for months now. Recently the staff has gotten TERRIBLE. Today one of our girls got yelled at for trying to pick up 3 online orders (placed at the same time, like we been doing for months) and was yelled at that she will not longer be able to pick up the orders.I recommend switching to Starbucks at this point. The food is always missing something or is messed up. The bacon is always raw in all their sandwiches, the coffee cups are half empty and items are missing. When picking up an online order and item is unavailable, they will NOT ask to replace it but simply just tell you it’s unavailable and move on.Few weeks ago they had amazing staff that worked there but all of a sudden they hired rude people that do not care and yell at their customers.
