I drove back and spoke with the manager asking her to replace my medium cold brew because she filled it with ice to the top and only provided 1/4 cup of a cold brew inside a size medium cup. She refused to replace the order after paying $6.00 for ice. As a manager she gives a horrible reflection of the business and I am in disbelief the service I was just provided. The manager at the window said “what do you want me to do about it?” Unreal !!!! I will NEVER return to this location! There is no explanation to treat customers like this !!!!
Could use more friendlier staff, but this location has the best everything bagels!
Whoever the two were today in there around 3 made the perfect coffee. Those two were rocking ppl out the drive thru.
I ordered a half dozen donuts. The staff member did put on gloves, however, when they handling the food, they were also handling a personal handheld fan. It instantly took my appetite away, however, due to my personality and avoidance of conflict, I still bought the donuts. I am not one to complain, but that to me is a health concern, as I have no idea where that personal fan has been and what bacteria or germs it has on it. It could get customers ill.
If it wasn 't for Cindy interrupting my ordering process I would not have written a review for this location. I 'm not a review kind of person unless I really feel the need too. Today I felt the need too. There was a young woman who was on staff today who was so warm and kind and lovely and answered all of my questions with a smile on her face. I 'm not a huge coffee drinker so I wanted to make sure I was ordering the proper drink for what I wanted. Cindy rudely interrupted my conversation and said, and I quote; Are you just talking to him or are you taking his order, I can 't do this by myself ? Honestly I was thrown off by this because on one hand I understand where Cindy was coming from but on the other hand I am a customer as well. There was so much attitude behind her statement and it made me feel uncomfortable. I honestly never plan on coming back to this Dunkin location because this experience really rubbed me the wrong way. To the young lady who took my order today. Thank you for your kindness and wonderful customer service. P.S if you 're reading this, your not Just a blonde
