Fast food fast service friendly staff. Only downside is the fries can be lukewarm but no one seems to complain about this so they are not motivated to establish quality control to avoid this. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's New Plymouth Foodcourt:
The seating area is always somewhat dirty, the food from McDonald's is always greasier than other McDonald's locations BUT the food does come quickly. I prefer the Indian food place or Asuka Sushi over the McDonald's View all feedback.
Gets a little backed up with people at times, this could be because it is only a small McDonald's though.
Always great service and quality. Line for service could be better but otherwise always happy

It's ok, it's McDonald's, I would say better than bell block McDonald's, but not as good as New Plymouth
Friendly team, serving customers in good time.. though a line up system would work great for this place
