Pho Tibet - New Paltz

The restaurant closes at 8 PM, and we arrived around 7:15 PM. They had one fairly large table open, and the service was impressively quick. The food was good and offered some unique flavors, especially since I’m not very familiar with Tibetan cuisine. I also had Pho, which I usually associate with Vietnamese food, although I recently tried it in a Japanese restaurant as well. Overall, it was a lovely experience, but since the place is quite far from us, I'm not sure if we will be able to visit again.

I took my daughter here last night for a special Mommy-Daughter date, and it was fantastic! She adored the dumplings, and I really enjoyed the fresh spring rolls. Thank you for a lovely evening!

The food is incredible—I would drive half an hour just for it. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired, and the hours are often inaccurate. Today, they closed before 6 PM, even though their posted closing time is 7:30 PM.

Stopped by on a day trip to New Paltz. So glad I chose this place. The service was friendly and efficient. The dumplings were amazing, the chicken bahmi was tasty and well dressed and the Short rib Pho was the show stealer. I have a feeling you can't go wrong no matter what you order. I will be back often to try new dishes.

Avoid at all costs. This is rare for me to write a bad review. This place has the worst service and their food is UN-authentic. It was only our table and one other table with customers, yet the one server could not bother to refill our water glasses nor ask how our food was and if we needed anything. The jasmine green tea had no flavor at all. When I asked for it to be returned to the kitchen the server refused to take it back. The server was rude and unprofessional. We left the restaurant with a very negative experience. Do not go here if you actually like eating good food. Note to self: I will never enter this restaurant again!
