Kai is the woman. I went here a couple weeks ago and she helped us out, was super fast and it was really good. I love it when an employee seems to genuinely enjoy their job and have a fun time and Kai is a star player who would excel at anything he wants to do, but for now she's making pretzels, and dang it, she's good at it. This place is horrible. I rarely write reviews but this place is truly bad. They charge $10 for preztel bites that taste dry and old. This is not what it used to be. This place is a hot mess. Looks like the pretzels have been sitting a while the staff that’s working there or talking to people over the counter, have their friends sitting there. They don’t honor the AAA discount or AARP discount like the other ones nothing like fresh the staff was rude 10 out of 10 would definitely not recommend
Super unhygienic staff, especially the teen boy who got my lemonade.
