Luna, I have no idea what you’re like. I would have ordered room service from you last night but there was no menu in my room and I couldn’t order online either. I recommend menus in all the rooms with a QR code that opens toasttab. I ate chips instead of calamari and a caprese salad because I was too tired to try to talk to someone on the phone. What gaile greenwood doesn't like about La Luna:
We had reservations for 6 PM Saturday evening. We told the waiter that we had a concert at 8 PM. He finally brought out our food at 7:45. An hour and 45 minutes!!!! Since we didn't have time to eat, we refused the food. They didn't even comp ourdrinks or apologize for the extremely long wait. DON'T GO IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER PLANS FOR THE EVENING. The food was delicious and the portions are huge. The food was hot and very tasty. I read the reviews that the service is terrible, but that was not the case for me. The waiter was attentive and friendly and our food came pretty fast. Would definitely recommend!
Got my buzz on downstairs to eat. Service was perfectly fine and the food was amazing. Very pleased. Had a pasta dish and it was absolutely delicious. Little pricey but definitely will return.
This was a nice surprise! Many of my co-workers have told me about this restaurantI was leery because of its location inside of a hotel.
