One of the best tea rooms I have ever visited. The food was delicious and the restaurant owners were humble, nice and very accommodating. Wonderfully decorated, beautiful, picturesque little cottage. A true gem in PEI, regardless of where else I might dine and visit in PEI, this is a must visit place to eat and enjoy!!!

A lovely little tea place. The owner is lovely. The food and pastries are excellent. The decor is beautiful. everything is clean there. all is prepared with care. I liked everything about this place. I recommend 100%. Be careful it's a place of tea that you will love and return.

We are kind of high tea lovers. We look for high tea opportunities everywhere we travel. In PEI, many tea rooms offer only afternoon tea and regular desserts. Blue Winds is the only one offers not only high tea, but also scones with clotted cream as well as homemade ice-cream. We enjoy the tea, scones, clotted cream, green tea ice cream and everything there.
