The blizzard was mixed terrible and they didn?t turn it upside down. 7 dollars wasted.

As always, this location is outstanding My wife asked for a chocolate mocha blizzard with four extra shots of mocha. They were right on.

We stopped by late at night while in the area for a wedding. The customer service was great. Is this that southern hospitality I?ve heard so much about??? The food was surprisingly good too. Really impressed overall, especially since it was about 30 minsbefore closing. If the owner reads this, please praise your staff who worked night shift Oct 21st ????

Bought multiple meals. Asked for 3 honey mustard sauce packets and the girl behind the counter said I could only have two. Poor customer service.

Horrible customer service. We ordered 5 items. The 5 items were handed to us in a drink tray with the largest item in the middle. I said immediately that it was top heavy and was scared to drop it. Got it in the car and the item flipped over into mycar while the young man and the operating manager Avery saw. After cleaning the car we asked for a refund and were told he wouldnot refund the shake that fell over off of the tray in front of him as he even confirmed himself. We will never go back thereagain. This isn't the first time we experienced bad service there. Oh, and no Blizzard flips because they were all runny. Edit:the store owner Tony replaced the shake days later.
