Horrible threw it out, never again, hour wait time instead of 25, no masks, terrible customer service, foul language in front of my kids on speaker phone...new Ken pizza horrible

I call to place a order where the female taking the order is dropping F bombs.She said it would be ready in twenty minutes so we show up in a timely manner and we receive half our order..They lost the other half.So we wait calmly patiently.After 45 min of being there we try to ask what’s up with the food and to our surprise we were ignored by the employees who were not wearing state mandated face masks.After some more time the female employee grabs a pizza off of a table walk

Apparently when you order in a snowstorm and they tell you they are delivering and you do not receive your food you call for a refund and they hang up on you multiple times the first time you ever order from there I would never ever recommend it to anybody and I will deal with my money being stolen tomorrow

The staff at this restaurant was excellent! I wasn't a fan of Papa John's automated ordering system from a remote location, but once I arrived at the restaurant, I couldn't have asked for better service or food. The place was very clean and everyone was friendly and attentive.
