Unfortunately, the service was poor, and the guests seated next to us were inconsiderate and loud. We didn't feel like we were treated well, which made us uncomfortable. Because of this experience, we won't be returning.

If someone is looking for a convenient location in the city for business meetings, without much regard for food quality or taste, this place might suit them. However, my steak was undercooked, and I couldn't even finish half of it. The foie gras appetizer was also raw, which was quite disappointing. It felt like a scene straight out of a True Blood episode—just an unfortunate experience. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

The food was excellent, and the ambiance was nice. The prices seemed fair, and the service was generally good. However, we were the only table of four that wasn’t offered coffee, which left us feeling a bit dissatisfied at the end of our meal.

The ambiance was understated yet elegant. The cuisine was French but with a touch Asian fusion. The service was timed impeccably. Yet still great value for the price.

Chevalier is outstanding for fine dining featuring an exceptional menu and an elegant ambiance. The wine list is also exceptional for its diversity, depth and value. We enjoyed Domaine La Barroche Signature 2012 thanks to David. It's great and equally suitable for special as well as business occasions. My first visit was a special occasion and this one was business. We also had Cremant Rose and Bille Rose to begin the evening and ended with Moscato and Dow 2000. All in all, a wonderful time for our clients.
