Please dont forget your sumac seasoning on all of your entrees. that is what makes the flavors pop! the new Beef Shawarma reminds me of a well seasoned roast or perhaps a moist, soft beef jerky when given some of the dark bits. 5 stars as always, have always been a big fan after working here a few years ago.
