really good, but as others said, it is disappointing that they use the word vegan without being 100% vegan. I had the banh mi and it was very good. my man had a chipburger with the impossible burger. my children had truffles with cheese on a plant basis. everything was delicious. updated by previous review on 2021-11-13 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Vegan Butcher:
The service could use some improvement, and the food is just mediocre. They might want to consider changing their name, as it's misleading—it's not even a vegetarian restaurant! View all feedback.

Food was okay, but the audacity to call yourself The Vegan Butcher and not only not be vegan, but UPCHARGE to sub out plant-based cheese! It would be overpriced even without that.
Dishonest name. They sell flesh, and upcharge for plant based meats. Yuck.
Agree with the other comments that it’s hard to believe a place with ‘vegan’ in its name not only serves animal products but adds surcharges to the plant based options. That is one of my major pet peeves at conventional restaurants, let alone a vegan-friendly spot. If only people were aware of the true “cost.” Would not have come here except not much else was open on a Monday. Ordered the pineapple rice bowl. At $12 i expected more than some walnuts thrown on top of rice. So not only do i dislike the concept, i thought the food was overpriced for what i got.
Lots of vegan options! Very good Updated from previous review on 2021-08-09
