Stunning customer service today. A last minute order of several pizzas for a corporate lunch, and they came through right on time. Overall, their pizza is quite good. I'm not sure why they don't allow customers inside their establishment, especially since the COVID guidelines ended nearly a year ago. I personally dislike that they keep customers out, and I’m uncertain if we’ll order from here again. View all feedback.
Delicious pizza served with a delicious dipping sauce. the 8inch pies are perfect for a person and it is nice to get a few different and swap discs.
The timing was great but I got the wrong salad. Whoever I spoke to didn’t seem to worried about it, so I just said I’d eat what they sent me even though it was less expensive than what I ordered. I won’t order from here again.
Nightmare deliver lady, wouldn't get out of the car to deliver my pizza.Don't order from this place. After i came back She ended up leaving the pizza on the ground. I will never order from Sarpino's again!
They have really good pizza. And are responsible priced. I highly recommend!
We have been Sarpino's customers for close to 10 years. Service and quality has seemed to drop off recently. It seems like EVERY order we have had over the past 3 years (yea prior to covid) something is wrong. Usually it is something small, not worth complaining about. But it is like roulette, and I don't like gambling on quality of food. This time, we requested pizza cut into squares, and ordered extra dipping sauce. Those requests were ignored AGAIN! Why bother offering those choices if you don't QA orders before and after cooking? I think this is the last time our family will use this restaurant.
