Oldestone Steakhouse - New Hope

The worst ever restaurant experience. We, a group of 7 people, were not served main dishes for 2.5 hours after ordering on 4/7/2024. The waiter the manager were unresponsive unreasonable. Never again!

Been here three times in the past few years hoping for change. They call themselves a steakhouse but yet they don’t know how to cook a filet or NY strip Med rare. It comes out black and blue and the staff and manager never want to ask what’s wrong or how to improve. Go to Odettes, Logan or even Roots Ocean Prime in Princeton over this place. I could cook a better steak at home unfortunately and not worth the $300 tonight.

Filet was good, wouldn’t recommend getting Oscar style, the lump crab was just okay, a bit too moist for my taste and the sauce was too sweet. The scallops weren’t blackened enough but the gin tonics were great. Over priced for what you get.

Only had drinks and they were fantastic. Worth a stop for a cocktail.

Very attentive service. good drinks and nice varied wines by the glass. oysters were excellent. crispy gnocchi to start was light with shishito pepper relish. the catch if the dsy was orange roughly, excellent. filet mignon was perfect, the chimichurri sauce was bright and refreshing brussel sprouts were really good. desserts were sooo big, but delicious.
