My friend and I shared coffee and breakfast in the morning. Our checkout was pleasant!! Although they were BUSY, we didn't even notice... well designed. My only feedback is the fruit flies. We had some zooming around our table. It was a little off, a quick cleaning and it should be solved. Great! View all feedback.
What Iris Auerbacher doesn't like about Dunkin':
I ordered mobile and waited in the lobby for my order to be ready. She didn't call my name, or order number, or the items of the order, or even place it on the mobile order shelf. It was not fresh, almost cold, by the time I finally asked for it, and she still had to get my donut bagged. Noone offered to reheat or make again just an apology. Waited like ten minutes patiently. Every time I stopped at this dunkie they were great!!!
The donuts were very good and the coolatta was also good, but I wouldn't get it again if I was looking for something that tasted like ice because it was basically ice, Lol. There were only 2 employees in service, one of them didn't really know what to do, so he had to ask the other worker to make the Coolatta, even though she was busy to go through.
Great coffee as always! Busy, but the wait wasn't too bad and I certainly think it was worth it
