This is the worst Bojangles in town. The staff are not organized and they make it seem like they just don't want to do their job. I understand that everyone is understaffed right now but everytime we come to this one, there is a problem. I also do Ubereats and have had issues picking up for that at this restaurant as well. They have made us wait over thirty minutes for biscuitsin the morning, after telling us it would be 8 minutes. Like what??? Why in the morning? They burn their biscuits often and goodluck getting any kind of professional service. They look at you and walk away when you are waiting to place an order if you goinside. Just all around bad service. Bad food. Just bad. Such a shame.
This place is god awful. Where I grew up had the best bojangles ever. Every time I go to this location they are out of something, or it takes forever. I used to work in fast food and I understand things happen. But the problem is consistent everytime I try to give this place a chance. Young kitchen staff don?t care at all and literally laugh at people having to wait inline. I?ve heard them from the drive thru window. I really wish corporate would shut this place down and start anew with staff.Probably one or two good people total in the entire building. Only reason I?m giving this place a one star is based on the oneor two times I?ve gone and my experience was perfect. Congratulations. Happy Sunday. #alliwantedwasaboberry
Talk about lack of organization. We spent over 45 mins waiting in line. Attached pic shows all the employees in one corner towards the side and back and no one at the front. The gentleman in front of us had been there an hour. Customers in line keptasking when they were going to take our order and no one would respond. As a retail manager myself, they had enough employees tohave assigned roles for a smoother operation yet when one person wasn't doing anything they would stand around and wait for foodto come out to fulfill Uber and drivethru orders only, no one in the front taking orders and customers just lining up waiting. We watched 6 people leave the business because it was literally taking that long to get an order placed. We left as well after a45 min wait and no one acknowledging us. 1 hour wait time in line at the restaurant should be, and absolutely is unacceptable!
Horrible. How do you run out of chicken, rice and biscuits? Placed a curbside order. Got there a few minutes early so I waited until the countdown was up and my should have been ready. Went inside after 10 minutes and they were out of chicken, rice andbiscuits. Told me it would be 15 minutes while they cook more chicken. I was not happy but I was willing to wait. 15 minuteswent by and I asked them how much longer and they had not even started cooking more chicken. The manager who was useless, saidthey had a large order go out before mine. Common sense should tell him that if you see items running low, you make more. Theentire 25 minutes I was in there he kept telling his staff he needed them to drop chicken, drop rice, drop biscuits. Not oncedid he walk in the back area to assist. 5 employees there and only one was in the back trying to cook. They refused to refundme. Said I need to contact corporate on the website. $40 later and ZERO food, I have contacted corporate 3 times with zeroresponse. Never ever again. This was a total management fail. Unacceptable!!!!
At 9:30 am today, my husband I visited via drive through- typical busy Saturday morning. At window, gal hands us our teas, then bag. I check because the bag seemed light- initially there were 2 items missing fries side of gravy) I asked the windowgal for these missing items, then the female in back holster, ?they didn?t order that?, and proceeded to talk complain aboutour request- the gal said gravy in bag- so I pull out the biscuits, and rare there NO gravy, then noticed that one of thebiscuits wasn?t what I ordered. So now, it?s no straws, not correct biscuit, no fries, and no gravy. My husband became so angrywe had to leave before a scene was going to happen. That woman, in back incredibly rude and blaming ghetto at best- nonsensethat this took place. I?ll live without the biscuit I ordered and didn?t get, however if I?m paying for food, I expect to getwhat I pay for- but I guess I did based on the unprofessional mentality of a grown woman behaving as she did.
