Once again, I had a fantastic experience at this wonderful establishment. I always try to discover something new at each Dunkin' Donuts location I visit. I'm excited to share that this spot has wireless charging (for Apple devices only) integrated into the tables! It's a game-changer for Dunkin', and I can't wait for my next adventure there! This place consistently fails to prepare my coffee as requested, regardless of which location I visit. I wouldn't even give it a star if I could. I truly don't understand the appeal of Dunkin'. View all feedback.
My breakfast sandwich looked like it was sat on and messed up our coffees again. The person taking my order clearly didn't want to be there and could care less about customers.
Donuts were fresh and there was a great variety. The service was great and the establishment was clean. The outside trash was overflowing... Just a small suggestion would be to tend to this often if you want to maintain the great look that I saw inside.Thanks!!
The donuts were fresh and offered a fantastic variety. The service was excellent, and the facility was clean. However, the exterior trash bins were overflowing. A small suggestion would be to maintain the same level of cleanliness outside as is seen inside. Thank you!
I visited the new Dunkin' location in Hampton, NH, around 6 PM. I usually order a medium hot decaf coffee, but I noticed that the coffee is often lukewarm by that time. When I mentioned that my drink was not hot, they immediately offered to brew a fresh cup without me even having to ask. Great service! Well done, New Hampton Dunkin'!
I ordered a large matcha iced drink, but I noticed that about six customers who were behind me received their icy drinks and food before I did. I eventually had to return to the register and ask about my order, at which point my drink was finally filled.
